What are your shipping rates and free shipping thresholds?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $50 USD (or the equivalent conversion rate in your local currency). For orders below this threshold, a fixed shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. These are as follows (prices in USD): US = $3.95; UK = $3.95; Canada = $3.95; Australia & New Zealand = $7.95; Rest of the world = $9.95.
What are your fastest shipping locations?
We partner with production facilities in the U.S., the UK, and Canada to ensure faster delivery for customers in these regions. These orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 days (with a maximum of 7 days). Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2–5 days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our production process typically takes 2-4 days, although it can up to a maximum of 7. Once shipped, deliveries to the U.S., the UK, and Canada then take an additional 2–5 days to arrive. For orders outside these regions, delivery times may vary and can take up to 21 business days to arrive, depending on your location and local postal services.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to track your package. If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam folder or email us at contact@thedjrevolution.com.
What is your return and refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for any defective, damaged or incorrect orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returning an item will come at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, along with its original packaging and contents. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See our returns policy here for more information.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
What happens if my print has an issue?
If there’s a problem with the print quality or the item arrives damaged, just send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and ShopPay for secure and convenient transactions.

Yes, we use eco-friendly water-based inks that are safe for the environment. Our print-on-demand process also minimizes waste by producing only what’s needed.
Are your products ethically produced and sourced?
Yes, we are committed to ethical production and sourcing! All of our T-shirts and hoodies are made in partnership with manufacturers that prioritize fair labour practices and safe working conditions.
Why does my T-shirt or hoodie have a strange smell?
Sometimes, you might notice a slight odor on your T-shirt or hoodie when it first arrives (AKA a ‘factory smell’). This is completely normal and is caused by the eco-friendly printing process we use to create your design. The smell comes from a harmless pre-treatment solution applied to the fabric before printing to ensure high-quality, long-lasting prints. Don’t worry—the smell will disappear after the first wash!
Why does the print area look smaller on larger sizes?
Designs are automatically scaled down for smaller sizes to ensure a consistent visual outcome. However, they are not scaled up for sizes larger than L, which means the print may appear slightly smaller for XL, 2XL, and 3XL.
